二、干式火灾自动灭火系统中干式报警阀中的加速器工作原理是什么？
干式报警阀中的加速器工作原理：
上腔为关闭的阀瓣以上部分的阀腔，与系统管网相连，充有压力气体;中间腔为关闭的阀瓣与内、外座圈围成的环状空间，因阀瓣同时封闭外座圈和内座圈，所以中间腔既不与上腔相通，又不与下腔相通，而通过孔道与大气相通;
下腔为关闭的阀瓣以下部分的阀腔，与供水侧管道相连，充有压力水。干式报警阀主阀由阀体、内座圈、外座圈、阀瓣组件、阀盖等零部件组成。阀瓣组件和内外座圈将主阀分为三个部分，即上腔、中间腔和下腔。
干式报警阀阀瓣关闭时，下腔压力水对阀瓣的作用面积小于上腔压力气体对阀瓣的作用面积，这二者的比即为差动比。如生产的干式报警阀差动比约为1:5。即可认为，只需供水压1/4的充气压，便能克服水压产生的推力，将阀瓣封闭。根据差动比，对照不同的供水压力，下表给出合适的充气压力。

使用熔点低于800℃的金属材料或非金属材料制造的阀体和阀盖时，充满水的干式报警阀应能承受800℃耐火试验15min，试验后阀瓣组件应能自由开启，阀体应能承受2倍额定工作压力的静水压，保持2min，无永久变形或损坏。
干式报警阀的间隙要求：
1、除阀全开位置外，阀瓣组件与阀体内壁之间的间隙对于铸铁不应小于1 9mm，对于有色金属或不锈钢不应小于9mm(不包括制动锁和锁止机构) 。
2、阀在关闭位置，阀瓣组件与阀座内缘之间至少有3mm的半径间隙。
3、阀座的环形空间深度不应小于3mm。
4、轴与轴套之间的径向间隙不应小于0.125mm。
5、阀瓣轴销与阀体支承端面之间的轴向间隙不应小于0.25mm。
6、阀体中对阀的开启起主导作用的任何往复运动的导向零件，在活动件进入固定处的最小径向间隙不应小于0.7mm，阀处于伺应状态时，活动件与固定件的最小径向间隙不应小于0.125mm。
7、耐腐蚀的阀瓣导套、轴销、轴承与其他黑色金属零件之间的间距不应小于3mm。
